It's not a bad one! Im currently in the process of redoing my Z and getting it ready for paint. My painter is picking up the car friday. I work at a nissan dealer, so i was going to order the jspec fascia and all suporting hardware through motorsport at work, so i could get it all at cost. I ordered this stuff 3 weeks ago. Our orders normally come within 5 days. So i called them last week, they gave me a tracking number. Fedex showed delivered in CA. I live in anderson sc. So i call back and say they gave me the wrong number, went on hold for 5 minutes, came back with the same number. Then, the guy takes my phone number and says he will call me back when he finds out whats going on. A week passes and the dealer sends me to atlanta for a technical training class, still no phone call back from nismo. I call them today, get the same story as a week ago, my package is missing, they dunno where it is. So, i finish with class early, google z1's address and head out their way after class. Get there and am greeted by very friendly and attractive staff (always a plus to be helped by pretty ladies, lol). I tell the lady behind the counter about my issues with nismo, and apparently im not the only person with missing goods. So, i had to spend a little more buying from z1, but i left with all the parts i need, and couldn't be happier. With all the recent posts about poor customer service from z1 i was wary going in, but the crew there couldnt have been better. The counter girls were helpful and friendly, and the crew in the back took time to answer my questions, and helped me carry my goods to the car. While ill never need their mechanical services, i will keep them in mind for future parts purchases.
